Options

  1. Express Post: We offer Express Post as an expedited shipping option for customers who require their orders to be delivered quickly. When selecting this option during checkout, your order will be prioritized and shipped via Australia Post's Express Post service.

  2.  Flat Rate Standard Shipping: For customers who do not require expedited delivery, we offer a flat-rate standard shipping option. This option provides reliable delivery at a more affordable cost. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post's regular parcel service.

Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected:

  1.  Express Post: Delivery via Express Post usually takes 1-2 business days within metropolitan areas of Australia. However, please allow for additional time if you are located in a remote or regional area.

  2.  Flat Rate Standard Shipping: Delivery via standard shipping generally takes 2-5 business days within metropolitan areas of Australia. Remote or regional areas may require additional time for delivery.

Order Tracking

For both Express Post and Flat Rate Standard Shipping, we provide order tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the Australia Post website or mobile app.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently ship only within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

Returns Eligibility

We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we are happy to assist you. However, please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to a change of mind or personal preferences. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before making a purchase.

Damaged Goods Return Process

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Contact our customer service team: Please reach our to our customer service team via our contact page to notify us of the issue. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., photographs).

  2. Verification and authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and determine if the item is eligible for return. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.

  3. Return the item: Once you receive the return authorization number, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. Please include the return authorization number on the package. Natural Basics will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  4. Inspection and resolution: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify the damage or defect. If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will process the appropriate resolution. This may include issuing a replacement, providing store credit, or refunding the original purchase amount.

 Please note the following important points regarding damaged goods returns:

  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure safe transport.

  • We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence regarding the damage or defect before processing the return.

  • If a replacement item is not available, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue store credit for future purchases.

  • Refunds for damaged goods will be issued using the original payment method or, if not possible, via an alternative agreed upon with the customer.
